Vista Sidebar Gadgets

Okay.... n00b questions!

1) How do you install/add these ".gadget" files?
2) Where are they located after they are added/installed?

gadgets are .exes = double click them

mine went to:

C:\Program Files\Stardock\DesktopGadgets
or
C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\DesktopGadgets

.Gadget files are for the Windows Vista Sidebar.

You have to have Windows Vista.

Thanks to both. I am running Vista Ultimate, that's why I asked about these new "Sidebar Gadgets".

normaly they are located on: C:/Users//AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows Sidebar/Gadgets.

just copy this into the adressbar since the appdata folder is a hidden System folder. this means you can only open it with use of the adressbar unless you have admin rights.
