This question refers to the "My Toolbars" section in both WB 4.x and 5.0. When I go through the list of Toolbar icon sets, there are quite a number that are named:

Default Shell Toolbar Glyphs
By: Microsoft Design Team

1) All of them came with a WB skin so why isn't the name of the skin displayed like many of the others that appear in that section?

2) How can I find out what skin these sets belong to, short of loading every skin I have installed?

THANKS!

The name is a name decided by the skin author of the skin.  Many skin authors leave it as the default which is why the names are wrong.

Finding out which skin they are from is not currently possible without lots of trying.

Hey Hapkido, most of them will just be the default icons as author has not made toolbar icons for skin. I have downloaded some WBs that the auhtor has created toolbar icons for but has not renamed them so they show up as default. These are the ones that make me shake my head, hours to make icons but not taking the 30 seconds to change the name in SkinStudio. It would be nice if all authors even if not making toolbar icons would change the name as it makes things easier for the users of WB.

I currently have 58 WB skins, 10 default toolbar icons, 8 of them are author created icons that have not been renamed. Now will have to spend about an hour to find out which skins they belong too. Renaming them once I know which is which will take at most 5 mins.
You will find the same thing with animations. SkinStudio does name the image sets to skin name but does not change the Skin Info for icons and animations. Maybe some authors are not aware they have to change skin info to skin name.

I am guilty of that. I never even thought how it could be an issue but I see it now. It won't happen again.

Thanks guys for taking the time to clarify the "problem" I was seeing and now know it isn't a WB issue. Now, on with the search to find which Toolbar icon set belongs to its respective skin. Oy vey!! hehe
